Arcadis is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to assist and support the data and analytics team in meeting business needs by exploring new ideas and creating innovative, data-driven solutions that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
- Performing detailed data analysis using SQL
- Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Creating and maintaining ETL workflows using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Designing reports and visualizations using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
- Analyzing and manipulating data in Excel, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Assisting with various aspects of the data management lifecycle – including data input, cleaning, and validation

- 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
