Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, text/date functions; comfortable with large datasets)
  • Working SQL (select, joins, filters, aggregates) and introductory Python/pandas (or fast learner)
  • Understanding of core data quality concepts (completeness, accuracy, consistency, lineage)
  • Exposure to Workday HCM (EIB templates, RaaS/reporting) and UKG (Pro/Dimensions) data domains
  • Experience writing S2T mapping docs and test cases
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar for quick investigations/visual checks
  • Awareness of data controls/governance (reconciliations, approvals, audit trails)

Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain source → target mappings (tables, fields, transformations, acceptance criteria) for UKG → Workday objects
  • Perform data profiling and DQ checks (row counts, nulls, duplicates, value ranges, PK/FK integrity) using Excel, SQL, and basic Python/pandas
  • Target-side (Workday) execution: Prepare and validate Workday EIB spreadsheet loads; reconcile results using Workday reports/RaaS; handle CSV/JSON/XML exchanges via SFTP/FTP/HTTP as provided by integration teams
  • Source-side (UKG) reality: Work with UKG extracts/APIs (Pro and/or Dimensions) supplied by engineering or vendors; validate mappings and transformed datasets prior to Workday load
  • Create and run validation test cases across conversion stages; log results/defects and drive to closure
  • Produce audit-ready evidence packages (before/after counts, reconciliations, screenshots/artifacts, sign-off materials)
  • Capture action items from workshops; update trackers (Jira/Confluence/SharePoint) promptly and communicate status clearly

Other

  • 1–3 years in data analysis, reporting, QA, or business analytics (internships/co-ops count)
  • Clear written/verbal communication; ability to summarize findings for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments (banking/cards/lending/deposits)
  • iPaaS familiarity (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, SnapLogic)—enough to read logs/understand job runs; not required to build
  • At Turnberry, inclusion is one of our core values. We are committed to creating a positive and connected work environment for all and are fully invested in and focused on hiring and growing a diverse team of high performers.
