Fives Landis Corp. is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support stakeholders with data tracking, interpretation, and decision-making to enhance organizational program needs and objectives.
Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel specifically, LOOKUP formulas and Pivot Tables, VBA Programming, and Macro Creation.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build reports and/or dashboards, preferred in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
- Produce high quality survey designs and various data collection methods, as needed.
- Analyze and interpret results from datasets with varying structures and levels of cleanliness in Microsoft Office 365.
- Use and visualize data to proactively identify program and/or data quality issues, develop programmatic solutions, and implement those solutions.
- Maintain (i.e., export, clean, analyze and update) monitoring reports.
- Support teams with data management, data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization in order to carry out day-to-day monitoring and evaluation.
- Support evaluation efforts across cross-functional teams particularly with developing data analysis plans, conducting analysis and providing interpretation and recommendations.

- Be a compelling data storyteller.
- Be comfortable presenting to and engaging with various stakeholders during team meetings. (i.e., both written and verbal).
- Support stakeholders with varying degrees of data literacy to enhance data tracking techniques and interpret data for decision-making purposes.
