The client, a leading academic medical center, needs a junior data analyst to manage and analyze provider data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in supporting ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.)
- Experience with database management (Caspio or similar platforms a plus; training available)
- Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Python, Tableau
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Monday.com or Jira
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage provider data
- Perform accurate data entry and analytics within Excel and Caspio (training provided if needed)
- Monitor and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency; run reports and extract data using basic programming languages as needed
- Support internal teams with reporting and troubleshooting as needed
- Track and manage tasks using tools such as Monday.com and Jira (a plus!)
