React Digital is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help answer critical business questions in a data-driven manner, enhance clients' digital marketing properties, and better understand user behaviors.
Requirements
- Have demonstrated ability with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and more.
- Experience with setting up and customizing reports in visualization tools
- Experience with Firebase is a plus

Responsibilities
- Implement Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, configuring and customizing the tools appropriately
- Develop quantitative reports from various data sets using Google Slides/PowerPoint
- Set up and present dashboards that not only visualize the raw data but provide easy-to-understand and actionable insights for the client.
- Utilize data to recognize user hardships with a website and work with the CX team to explain through journeys where abandonment or items of concern exist.
- Leverage analytical tools to understand onsite behavior and conduct pathing analysis to optimize customer experience, e.g. click through rates, golden pathways, conversion analysis, and marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend segmentation approaches, and deliver actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value.
- Help manage GTM and/or event injections with the development team to produce high-end integrations of analytical software.
Other
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or equivalent position.
- Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.
- Enthusstic and dedicated approach to connecting with stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs and translating those into analytical actions.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel when necessary.
