Kintegra's Medical Operations Department needs to analyze data for operational impacts, develop reports, and recommend areas of improvement to management, while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong math skills and critical thinking.
- A high level of proficiency in statistical and analytical software programs, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Tableau proficiency required.
- Smartsheet proficiency preferred.
- Database management and data analyses also required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical operations data and draw conclusions as to what it means.
- Develop/maintain reports that detail the conclusions developed from that data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within clinical operations using data trending.
- Develop graphical presentations of data that can be used to illustrate findings clearly.
- Assist with preparing, editing, and formatting documents for departmental needs.
- Support/Attend clinical operational meetings.
- Document activities and record information related to a specific area of interest
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Customer service skills with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to multitask, organize and self-prioritize daily tasks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion.
