Capgemini is looking to hire Junior Developers to help clients design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications, driving digital transformation for leading organizations by unlocking the value of technology.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with or exposure to: Java and Gosu (Guidewire’s proprietary language)
- Familiarity with or exposure to: REST API development and testing (e.g., Postman)
- Familiarity with or exposure to: XML and SQL
- Familiarity with or exposure to: Front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript, Node.js)
- Familiarity with or exposure to: Spring Boot and AWS (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business problems and design tailored technology solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write and maintain code in Java or Gosu, develop REST APIs, and integrate systems using XML and SQL.
- Conduct functional and regression testing, write test cases, and validate APIs using tools like Postman.
- Work with Guidewire software to implement insurance industry solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be open to relocation.
