Requirements
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with or exposure to Java and Gosu (Guidewire’s proprietary language).
- Familiarity with or exposure to REST API development and testing (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with or exposure to XML and SQL.
- Familiarity with or exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript, Node.js).
- Spring Boot and AWS (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Analyze client business problems and design tailored technology solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write and maintain code in Java or Gosu, develop REST APIs, and integrate systems using XML and SQL.
- Conduct functional and regression testing, write test cases, and validate APIs using tools like Postman.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support team collaboration and delivery.
- Analyze data, write SQL queries, and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Work with Guidewire software to implement insurance industry solutions.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be open to relocation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
