Responsibilities
- Tackle small features & bug fixes; pair with a senior; ship incremental releases.
- Learn modern stacks (often React/Node/Python/TypeScript/Postgres —any stack welcome).
- Write clean notes, tests when needed, and a short weekly update.
- Join quick code reviews; improve every sprint.
