IntePros Federal is seeking a Junior Java Developer to support the Department of Justice United States Trustee Program (DOJ USTP) Application Services division, which is responsible for overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees. The role involves supporting existing Java applications, remediating security vulnerabilities, and contributing to new development and re-engineering efforts within the Azure GovCloud environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Azure Services including Azure Batch, Key Vault, and Application Insights
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Java Web Services/Spring Boot/Java EE
- Experience with Web Development/UI Frameworks/ HTML/JavaScript/Gradl
- Experience with Struts and Restful services
- Experience with UNIX/LINUX/PowerShell bash or shell scripting
- Familiarity with Selenium Framework for automated tests
Responsibilities
- Support multiple Java applications for around 1,000 users
- Support remediation of security vulnerabilities for Java applications as needed
- Work on new development and re-engineering efforts, including making system design decisions
- Implement enhancements to existing systems in addition to coordinating with other developers working in parallel and performing QA/testing as needed
- Perform development activities in the Microsoft Azure GovCloud Environment
- Provide performance tuning on applications utilizing data from Azure Application Insights
- Provide support for testing all applications
