Wild Goose Filling needs to support the design, prototyping, and testing of filling and packaging equipment to empower craft producers in the beverage industry.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred)
- Comfort with hands-on prototyping — machining, 3D printing, or DIY projects.
- Familiarity with fluid systems, automation, or robotics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
- Support the creation of CAD models, part drawings, and documentation (SolidWorks preferred).
- Participate in prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement design improvements.
- Help prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain design records.
- Assist with research and development activities.
- Occasionally support field testing or customer rollouts alongside service engineers.
