Xsolla is expanding into new directions by building B2C and B2B platforms for creators, resellers, and e-commerce ecosystems, enhanced with gamification, loyalty, and engagement mechanics. They are looking for a Product Analyst to connect data, business insights, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions and drive product growth for these new platforms.
Requirements

- measuring engagement, retention, and core product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate
- mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products to find optimization opportunities and friction points
Responsibilities
- analyze data to uncover user behavior patterns, product bottlenecks, and growth levers
- support A/B testing, feature performance evaluation, and idea validation
- gather and structure information, maintain documentation, and ensure insights are understandable and reusable by others
- integrate findings, document hypotheses, and propose data-backed product improvements
- Research existing products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps or opportunities
