Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and enhance their Salesforce platform, ensuring its efficiency and implementing custom solutions.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with external contractors on the implementation of key projects.
- Manage data integrity through imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to support business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce functionality and performance issues.
Other
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce Analytics, and ELTON is a plus.
