Requirements
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, or Dynamics 365.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.

Responsibilities
- Web Design & Development: Build and maintain internal and external websites using modern web technologies.
- Microsoft Power Apps: Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps and related Microsoft tools.
- Customer Support: Provide responsive and effective software support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high user satisfaction.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person).
- Create engaging training materials, including how-to guides, video tutorials, and walkthroughs.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain and expand internal FAQs, wiki pages, and user documentation.
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, and accessible to users of all skill levels.
