Amentum is looking for a C++ Junior Software Developer to support C++ development upgrades and corrections for the Naval Tactical System Model (FACTS) in Dahlgren, VA, and contribute to solving complex Digital Engineering challenges.
Requirements
- 2 semesters of academic C++ experience
- Experience in Jira
- GIT/Bitbucket
- Gitlab
- Python
- MATLAB
- Microsoft Visual Studio
Responsibilities
- Supporting C++ software development, and testing
- Supporting Integration for modeling & simulation tool
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical field.
- Equivalent experience may serve as a substitution for the education requirement.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance (at a minimum, must receive/be approved for an interim Secret security clearance in order to start)
- US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
