Allyant is looking to solve the problem of implementing software tools that produce various output formats optimized for accessibility, utilized by customers’ blind and low vision end-users.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows environment and .NET programming.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, and databases.
- Knowledge of HTML and XML.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related preferred.
- At least 1 year of actual work experience in software development environment (not including school projects and internships) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support document transcription automation.
- Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.
- Develop high quality and reliable software components.
- Partner with development team and quality assurance to implement features and fixes.
- Contribute to the team’s best practices and development standards.
Other
- Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related preferred.
- Must be able to clear, criminal background check and obtain security clearance with our assistance.

- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
