PrimeStreet, a Dominion Enterprises business, seeks a Software Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing real estate technology companies.
Requirements
- Experience developing scalable, enterprise-level applications using open source development libraries
- Minimum 2 years of development experience, including the ability to write expert-level, maintainable, and robust code using Java/SpringBoot, Junit
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and orchestration patterns
- Experience with relational database(PostgreSQL)
- Experience consuming RESTful Services or integrations to 3rd party API’s
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Familiarity with Docker, and deploying to Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS, as well as one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript (including frameworks like ReactJS) or similar technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas.
- Design, build and develop Java, Spring *, Kafka, and Python Applications
- Work and collaborate with Tech Operations for the intersection of automation testing and CI/CD
- Participate in code reviews and offer suggestions and guidance.
- Learn and contribute to AI-powered tools and automation projects, including:
- AI-assisted coding and testing with Cursor and GitHub Copilot AI model integration and API-based automation features Data-driven feature development using AI/ML services

- 100% remote position within the continental US working with our Norfolk, VA-based team.
- Highly motivated and have a passion for creating and supporting great products
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to write effective technical documentation, such as tutorials and API call specs
