Leidos is looking to design, test, and field software solutions that power mission-critical operations for the U.S. Air Force.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, JS, Python, Ruby)
- Understanding of software testing principles & experience writing test cases
- Experience with automation frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Cucumber)
- Gherkin/feature file development
- Exposure to tools like Selenium, JMeter, Bruno
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual software tests across system and component levels
- Translate requirements into detailed test cases and Gherkin feature files
- Collaborate with systems engineers & developers to validate functionality early in the lifecycle
- Track defects and retest to ensure product readiness
- Support integration and system-level test events
- Contribute to test automation using tools like JUnit, Jest, Cucumber, Gherkin, and more
- Work effectively as part of a fully remote, multi-discipline engineering team

- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- US citizenship + active DoD Secret Clearance
- Strong communication skills in a distributed team environment
- Ability to work independently and know when to seek support
