AquaPhoenix Scientific is looking to hire a Junior Software Engineer to contribute to their AWS-hosted SaaS platform, aiming to enhance their technology team and software development capabilities.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or academic projects welcome!)
- Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript* , or other frontend frameworks
- Understanding of cloud platforms* like AWS or interest in learning
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines* , and/or Git
- Willingness to learn Docker, Kubernetes* , and containerization
Responsibilities
- Assist in building web and mobile applications using React and related technologies
- Collaborate with team members to analyze user needs and develop software solutions
- Help maintain and improve existing codebases
- Work with senior engineers to learn and implement software best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Contribute to testing and debugging efforts
- Develop UI for a React and ReactJS products and services
