Peraton is looking for a Junior SQL Developer to support the CFTC Program, focusing on the development, data operation of systems, and procedures related to database planning and design, and systems analysis and design.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications/procedures that interact with a SQL database
- Experience with SQL databases, best practices
- Experience developing, deploying, and debugging SQL based applications.
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or any other SQL Server tools required.
- 2 years of Python experience
- 2 years experience with RDS, Redshift, writing Lambda functions
- ETL experience
Responsibilities
- Will support team on UAT and production deployments.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Will work with team to gather input from different groups.
- Responsible for engineering support relating to resources and facilities management
- Database planning and design
- Systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion, and implementation support
- Network services project management, data/records management, and other computer related services
Other
- Must be local to the CFTC DC office, able to work in the office 3 days a week (Wed, Thurs, and one other “flex” day each week).
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Financial Industry background is a plus
- SQL Developer Certifications
