Peraton is looking for a Junior SQL Developer to support the CFTC Program, which provides, protects, and defends enterprise information services to approximately 45,000 Army, joint and DoD customers across the European theater on a 24 x 7 x 365 days per year basis on classified, unclassified, and coalition networks. The role involves supporting research and assignments related to the development and data operations of systems, and procedures dealing with database planning and design, and systems analysis and design.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications/procedures that interact with a SQL database
- Experience with SQL databases, best practices
- Experience developing, deploying, and debugging SQL based applications.
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or any other SQL Server tools required.
- 2 years of Python experience
- 2 years experience with RDS, Redshift, writing Lambda functions
- ETL experience
Responsibilities
- Will support team on UAT and production deployments.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Responsible for engineering support relating to resources and facilities management
- Database planning and design
- Systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion, and implementation support
- Network services project management, data/records management, and other computer related services
Other
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Financial Industry background is a plus
- AWS Certifications
