Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in web development (internships, freelancing, or project work included).
- Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React, Angular, or Vue preferred).
- Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Exposure to test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests.
- Comfort with marketing-focused development (tracking pixels, A/B testing tools, CRM/automation integrations).
- Experience with Git or similar version control.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the company website for performance, functionality, and conversion optimization.
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure reliable and scalable features.
- Test, and refine workflows and integrations (e.g., marketing automation, lead capture, data sync).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, develop, and deploy updates that improve user experience and online sales funnels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting the site or workflows.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
