Requirements
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- 0-1+ years' experience of working in Data Center environments
- Good Understanding of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Support storage tape removal and pick up
- Provide escorted access for vendors and COLO customers
- Carry out daily checks to ensure security and access policies are being adhered to and Data Center cleanliness is maintained
- Carry out QA in Data Center Halls and access centers
- Control Data Center stocks (copper/fibers patch cables, fiber cleaning accessories, cables labels, etc.) and report appropriately

- Demonstrate ability to perform in a high paced work environment, good problem solving techniques, communicating issues and results to co-workers and escalating to immediate management
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment as a member of a self-managed work team, in rotational assignments, or as a member of a project team
