Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop program code, test, document, and implement functionally that is technically sound and well integrated into application systems
- Understand how technology platforms/architectures are applied to systems and automated business solutions
- Develop leadership and communication skills, professional development and continued technical training
- Demonstrate ability to grow technical skillset to include taking on more software development work
- Facilitate and complete analysis, design, and programming of viable solutions to business problems according to user specifications
- Develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences
- Work effectively in a strong collaborative and team oriented environment
Other
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a formal Technology training program
- Ability to perform work duties from a limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards
- Must be able to travel and/or attend Company and non-Company facilities and remote locations as necessary
