Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop program code, test, document, and implement functionally that is technically sound and well integrated into application systems
  • Understand how technology platforms/architectures are applied to systems and automated business solutions
  • Develop leadership and communication skills, professional development and continued technical training
  • Demonstrate ability to grow technical skillset to include taking on more software development work
  • Facilitate and complete analysis, design, and programming of viable solutions to business problems according to user specifications
  • Develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences
  • Work effectively in a strong collaborative and team oriented environment

Other

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of a formal Technology training program
  • Ability to perform work duties from a limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards
  • Must be able to travel and/or attend Company and non-Company facilities and remote locations as necessary
