Requirements

  • Skilled in analyzing market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Proven success in developing new business tied to major nuclear facility construction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee engineering teams across disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, civil, electrical).
  • Provide direction and mentorship to engineers and subconsultants to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify DOE and commercial nuclear market opportunities, key clients, partners, and risks.
  • Define bidding strategies and set annual bid/award revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to guide strategic direction and potential service expansion.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with key client decision-makers, teaming partners, and affiliate organizations.
  • Lead technical meetings and discussions to build trust and align on project goals.

Other

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
  • 15–20+ years of progressively complex experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and business development within the nuclear market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective interface with internal departments, senior management, clients, and government representatives.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to support nuclear solutions.
