Go Rentals is looking to streamline processes across Operations, Finance, HR, Fleet, and Technology by designing, building, and maintaining Kissflow applications and workflows that reduce manual effort, speed decisions, and improve data quality.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in workflow automation/low-code; 2+ years building production solutions on Kissflow (Workflow/Apps/Projects/Procurement)
- Strong form & workflow design skills: validations, conditional logic, SLAs, escalations, permissions/RBAC, and error handling
- Integration experience: REST/JSON, webhooks, and authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys); comfortable using tools like Postman to design and test integrations
- Data & SQL fundamentals (querying, joins, normalization) with PostgreSQL and Microsoft Access
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, change management, and ticketing (Jira/Azure DevOps)
- Plus (nice to have): Progress, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL; ETL/ELT (SSIS/dbt); AWS/Azure databases/services; Power Automate/Make/Workato; basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) for integration glue
Responsibilities
- End-to-end solutioning in Kissflow: requirements - process design - form/field modeling - workflow logic/SLAs/escalations - notifications - role-based access - deployment & monitoring
- Build & enhance workflows/apps for use cases such as insurance replacement, procurement (PR-PO), approvals & price exceptions, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, incident/change requests, fleet/maintenance forms, and field operations checklists
- Integrations: connect Kissflow to internal/external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS; orchestrate data exchange to/from operational databases and business apps
- Reporting: create in-app reports/dashboards and expose curated datasets for enterprise reporting tools when needed
- Quality & governance: manage environments (dev/test/prod), versioning, documentation, audit trails, and data retention; define standards and reusable components
- UAT & rollout: plan test cases, coordinate user acceptance, measure adoption, and iterate quickly
- Enablement: produce playbooks and brief trainings for super-users and operators; provide L3 support for complex issues
