Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Management/SharePoint Specialist Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract, to develop and maintain enterprise-wide knowledge management processes and collaborative platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develops, manages, and maintains enterprise-wide knowledge management processes and collaborative platforms, as well as developing a Knowledge Management Plan, in support of IS3 program management activities.
- Designs and implements SharePoint-based solutions to support program planning, reporting, document control, and multi-tenant collaboration.
- Maintains and updates repositories for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), Risk Management Plan (RMP), and Transition Plans, enabling real-time access and version control across stakeholder groups.
- Configures SharePoint to support task tracking, deliverable submission, data dashboards, and workflow automation aligned with Army National Guard G-2 requirements.
- Applies metadata and taxonomy best practices to structure knowledge repositories and streamline retrieval of program artifacts and status updates.
- Supports monthly and ad hoc reporting by developing content management dashboards for use in Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Financial Reports, Technical Status Meetings (TSMs), and Trip Reports.
- Facilitates secure document access and permissions management, enabling controlled sharing across ARNG G-2, AAS COR, and Government stakeholders.

- 15+ years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
- Collaborates with project teams to integrate SharePoint capabilities into programmatic workflows
- Supports knowledge transfer during Transition-In and Transition-Out phases
- Curates lessons learned repositories for continuous process improvement
