Responsibilities
- Researching new-to-market technologies and products in the IoT / Smart Home segment
- Benchmarking performance of Smart Home industry products
- Participating in idea generation and Smart Home concept development
- Building prototypes of Smart Home products involving technologies such as 3D printing and Arduino / Raspberry Pi
- Engineering the designs of electro-mechanical assemblies
- Coordinating the testing of Smart Home designs by writing test plans, documenting learnings, and planning future iterations
- Opportunity to present work in front of technical audiences
Other
- Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a focus in Electrical Engineering
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without needing company sponsorship.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
