Kunai is looking for an L2 Software Support Engineer to provide expert-level service for a mission-critical data security product, ensuring customers receive advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and problem management for complex issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical operations related to infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and Data Security
- At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred, including services like EC2,C2, S3, IAM, and Lambda, DynamoDB and API Gateway)
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing modern cloud-based data warehousing and processing platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks
- Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Slack and PagerDuty
- Experience with Java Script/Java/Typescript
- Experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL
- Experience with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS

Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, software engineering, or solutions architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
