Requirements
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Experience working with industrial equipment
- Knowledge of lab safety regulations and procedures (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06, etc)
- OSHA forklift certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (docs, sheets, etc.) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory to guarantee necessary mechanical and electrical components are readily available
- Maintain a highly efficient working environment and team culture
- Contribute to timely project completion and customer deliveries through efficient logistics and on-site installation support
- Run operations at lab and office buildings
- Ensure lab safety regulations and procedures are followed
- Manage inventory using inventory management systems

- Proven experience in a lab management or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working in the area of industrial robotics and automation (preferred)
