Requirements
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma tools
- Demonstrated use of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of GSUM, CQV, and TT&T tools
- Knowledge of DWS pillars
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Capability for new Initiatives
- Knowledge of Voice of manufacturing (VoM) processes
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes the plan to successfully start up the initiative – including staffing/resourcing, success criteria, preproduction management, scheduling, and team work processes.
- Coordinates with Supply Network (Engineering, R&D/GPDD, MPO, QA, Operations, Logistics, etc) to develop and integrate multi-functional plans that will lead to a successful project delivery.
- Utilizes, continuously improves, and builds capability in the Launch work processes and tools including GSUM, CQV, and TT&T.
- Drives Feedback to Design/Project Loss Analysis.
- Sets VSU Plan.
- Defines and owns the Pre-Production Budget
- Ensures Integration of the Initiative Plan into Site Masterplan.
