L3Harris is looking for an Analyst specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of SAP ME functionality to align with L3Harris business objectives and ensure system stability and performance for production systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ME, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ME and experience with interfacing SAP ME to ERP applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective manufacturing execution solutions.
• Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
• Expertise in SAP ME functionality and Configuration.
• Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
• Experience working in multiple manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• design, configure, and test the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, providing expert guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP ME manufacturing execution system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies, especially with manufacturing execution systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.

• In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $99,500- $184,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $114,000- $212,000.
