The Project aims to develop an AI-driven healthcare engineering platform that integrates advanced machine learning and data analytics to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using microservice architecture.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience deploying and managing APIs on major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and utilizing containerization technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience architecting and deploying AI/ML models within API frameworks, with a strong preference for experience in predictive analytics or patient risk scoring in healthcare environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to align technical solutions with business and clinical requirements.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience monitoring API performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing improvements for reliability and scalability.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with healthcare data standards (such as HL7, FHIR) and understanding of regulatory requirements (such as HIPAA compliance) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of scalable, secure and high performance RESTful and/or GraphQL and AI-enabled APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor API performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Architect and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics and patient risk scoring.
  • Work closely with product managers, and data scientsts to align technical solutions with healthcare needs.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
