Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Cloud, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and Integration platforms
- Regular use of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf).
- Extensive experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Hands-on experience in data architecture, SQL/PostgreSQL, and developing data-intensive services.
- Prior experience in building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
- Experience with backend engineering and microservices-based applications
- Experience with Mulesoft and other integration platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and configurable platform services for the Provider Servicing Team.
- Lead backend development and support of services across backend (Java/Spring Cloud) and integration platforms (Mulesoft and others)
- Utilize working knowledge of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and actively contribute to AI adoption in development and operational aspects.
- Build and enrich APIs and data services to integrate with partners.
- Collaborate with product managers, operations analysts, customer advocates in building solutions that helps Providers integrate with our platform.
- Understand architectural decisions and actively drive reusable patterns for cloud-native, AI-enabled backend systems.
- Lead and mentor other engineers in the team and help them succeed.
