Requirements
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Hex, and Retool
- Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build critical analyses and data visualizations to elicit data-driven insights
Responsibilities
- Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by translating their business needs into the appropriate analytical tools and metrics
- Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models to enable self-service access to key metrics
- Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making
Other
- 4+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to executives, business leaders, engineers, PMs, and peers
