Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role.
- Excellent in data analysis / visualization tools (i.e., Looker, LookML, Tableau, Power BI, Presto SQL) to develop front-end reports to meet the needs of end-users in a user-friendly way
- Deep understanding of data architecture, schema design, and dimensional modeling for analytics and machine learning.
- Very strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Agility to navigate through ambiguity - comfortable with proposing new processes when gaps are present.
Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence Solutions: Collaborate with the BI team to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Data Visualization: Create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Data Modeling: Creating and optimizing data models to support efficient data analysis and reporting.
- SQL Knowledge: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from various databases/data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Data Landscape: Build a comprehensive understanding of data sources utilized for reporting, and actively identify areas of improvement in existing reporting processes, contributing innovative solutions to address identified gaps
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions to support their decision-making processes.

- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently present to executive audiences, lead discussions, and distill complex information into clear concise communications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in Microsoft and/or Google productivity software
- Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.
