Baptist Medical IT Data Center is looking for a Lead Certified BI Developer to lead a team in building and testing Epic Cogito reporting tools to deliver value to the organization through enhanced analytics.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a small team of Epic Certified Business Intelligence Developers.
- Responsible for build and testing of the full suite of Epic Cogito reporting tools including self-service tools (SlicerDicer), dashboards (Radar), reports (Reporting Workbench), and extracts (SQL, Extract Framework, Clarity, Caboodle).
- They will apply their experiential knowledge in the build, testing, implementation, and long-term support of the Epic analytics tools.
- They are expected to mentor, lead and build a team of BIDs to deliver value to the organization.
- This role will report to a centralized analytics team but will be matrixed with one or more application specific teams to ensure integration of workflows and analytics.
