The client is looking for a Lead Consultant – GIS Applications to manage and develop GIS applications.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in working with ESRI platform - ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x & 10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server ,SDE on Oracle
- At least 4 years of experience in C, ASP.NET
- At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services
- At least 2 years of experience with application and database design, RDBMS concepts
- At least 2 years of expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting issues at any part of data flow – from upstream systems to user’s reports
- Experience in performance tuning of SDE
Responsibilities

- At least 2 years of expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting issues at any part of data flow – from upstream systems to user’s reports
Other
- At least 3 years of experience in client engagement and expectation management
- At least 2 years of experience in leading small teams for application module design and development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred experience in working with the offshore team in a Global Delivery Model
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
