Requirements
- 3 years of experience owning and conducting business analyses to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- 3 years of experience building multifaceted reports to support executive leadership decision making.
- 3 years of experience working with operations cost optimization strategies.
- 3 years of experience developing and measuring tests to enhance product experience.
- 3 years of experience in data merging and transformation from different sources.
- 3 years of experience in statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
- 3 years of experience querying data warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models, reports and dashboards to track content engagement and user behavior using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight and PowerBI.
- Build and schedule efficient data transformation pipelines in Alteryx workflows.
- Query large datasets in cloud environments Snowflake, AWS Athena and Google BigQuery using SQL.
- Develop and refine success metrics for new products and features by conducting experiments and refining strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Identify scope for predictive analytics and build classification models to derive customer and engagement insights using python.
- Adapt generative AI in stakeholder data solutions.
- Identify and design process improvements in existing workflows.
Other
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Business Analytics or related field, plus 3 years of experience in a data analysis related occupation in the media industry.
- Present data and dashboards to senior leaders on a regular basis.
- Conduct investigations into suspected data discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison between internal team and external vendors.
- May telecommute from commuting distance to Frisco, Texas per company hybrid policy.
