Requirements
- Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and master data management
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Experience with data management software like Power BI and Snowflake preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to create and implement a data strategy
- Identify and harness key data assets, establishing robust data governance frameworks
- Develop and champion data management policies, standards, and best practices
- Define and prioritize transformational work and epics that align with the data strategy
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives
- Drive seamless execution of data-related projects
- Lead the charge in driving the adoption of innovative data management practices and tools across the organization

- Bachelor's degree or higher in data, business, technology, or engineering preferred
