Requirements
- Expert in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation techniques (A/B testing).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Hex, Grafana, or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience with dbt data modeling, retail analytics, and blending commercial strategy with data insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics projects, providing strategic guidance to product, marketing, engineering, and business teams.
- Design and maintain automated KPI dashboards, monitoring reports, and scalable analytics processes.
- Conduct deep data analysis using SQL and visualization tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Own experimentation and predictive modeling initiatives, uncovering user segmentation and behavioral insights.
- Communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders to inform business strategy.
- Partner with engineering and business teams to deploy analytical solutions and improve data quality.
