Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to support the Customer Information Management Product Team's Risk & Controls function to effectively manage risk
Requirements
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
4+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex and unique challenges
4+ years of experience with applying, executing, reviewing controls
2+ years of experience with data management policies, interpreting said policies, and understanding the larger impact of these policies
Banking or Finance Issue Management experience
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, provide effective communication, ongoing risk assessment, and involving all necessary stakeholders
Partner with CI SMEs and Business Control Management to design effective Controls or to assess controls for gaps or deficiencies and implement improvements where necessary
Understand control procedure requirements and ensure control procedures and reporting requirements are executed and evidenced in a timely manner
Act as a Control Owner Delegate for owned controls
Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
Partner with Issue Management partners and stakeholders as needed to ensure adherence to Issue Management timelines and expectations
Designing and documenting Controls and accompanying business processes

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
