EPAM is looking for a Data Scientist to lead the development of Data Science excellence across the region and drive AI/ML-driven solutions' technology vision with clients and teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of Data Science / Machine Learning production experience
- Proficiency in at least two of these domains: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series or Recommendation Systems
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Expertise in Deep Learning
- Programming skills, preferably in Python

- Propose strategies to address business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value to our clients
- Stay updated with the latest Data Science and AI advancements
- Mentor and develop Data Science competency
- Lead strategic initiatives within AI and Data Science

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- B2+ English, both verbal and written
- Track record in working with clients from the Middle East region
- Background in Oil and Gas or E-commerce domains
- Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan
