Bread Financial is looking to generate data-driven insights to support enterprise data science needs within the organization, specifically in developing predictive and prescriptive models to optimize campaign performance, enable targeted and personalized marketing, and provide actionable insights for acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, deployment, and periodic maintenance of AI solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners to drive the delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Establishing and executing the framework for engaging enterprise partners to plan new AI solutions.
- Assisting with documentation, compliance, model governance, and maintenance of AI solutions.
- Research advanced modeling and AI techniques to improve predictive modeling and maintain business acumen in relevant industries.
- Training and mentoring to junior Data Scientists.
- Lead projects as needed or required
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Economics
- 8+ years experience in building sophisticated models using machine learning, segmentation, time series, and other advanced analytics methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 5% annually
- Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.
