Requirements
- Designs and deploys predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Skilled in tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar platforms used for data analysis and modeling.
- Works with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and reusable data assets.
- Applies data science techniques using platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Identifies and resolves data issues quickly to maintain momentum on analytics initiatives.
- Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and passion for exploring new approaches to data science and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable analytics models and machine learning solutions for priority business use cases.
- Build predictive models and high-impact visualizations to support decision-making.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to implement data pipelines and enterprise-wide data assets.
- Ensure analytics solutions comply with standards and best practices in methodology and coding.
- Support the scale-up and rollout of analytics applications in collaboration with Technology teams.
- Stay current on emerging data science techniques and tools to continuously improve capabilities.

- Collaborate with business units to generate hypotheses, define data needs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Foster a data-driven culture by mentoring colleagues and promoting analytics literacy across the organization.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. PhD preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience applying data science in business environments.
