Speedeon is looking to fulfill customer and prospect requirements and support the ongoing needs of the Production and Client Strategy teams by developing ETL solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience with ETL technologies, largely on Microsoft Azure cloud: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), RedPoint, Alteryx, SSIS, etc.
- 2+ years’ experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, Scala, and C++/Java
- 1+ years’ experience with data processing engines such as Apache Spark and Confluence Kafka
- Experience using relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics SQL Pool, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with task tracking suites such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Responsibilities
- Specializes in data transformation and ETL development techniques
- Writes and implements logic to fulfill customer and prospect requirements in a timely manner
- Participate in a collaborative environment to understand customer and prospect needs and assist in developing requirements
- Intelligently interprets requirements to achieve customer goals
- Participates in code reviews
- Monitors and maintain internal data structures
- Writes, maintains, and improves data transformation automations to increase the efficiency of recurring processes
Other
- BS or higher in Computer Science or 2+ years’ industry experience
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects with fast turnaround
- Project life cycles are typically under twenty-four hours; multiple concurrent projects are normal and can be due on the same day
