Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team.
- Solid technical and functional experience with exposure to implementation and customization.
- Solid experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications.
- Excellent software development skills.
- Excellent debugging skills and fixing issues in a short period with minimal support from leadership.
- Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PCI standards and SOX compliance controls preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain standards.
- Design and build conceptual solutions, and proof of concepts, wherever applicable, as per business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team.
- Act as the go-to technical expert for specific areas of the application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and product owners to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Lead in solution development during planning sessions and actively support architects to define the application architecture.
- Develop code to implement business solutions.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field of study required
- 10+ years of experience in software development, configuration, and implementation of complex application architecture(s) preferred.
