White Cap is looking to solve the problem of leading and supervising development activities and staff for an application area, ensuring high-quality implementations and providing leadership in the development of business applications.
Requirements
- DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Multiple programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, C++)
- Front-end and back-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, SpringBoot)
- Database management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Cloud computing (AWS or Azure)
- Microservices architecture
- API design principles, RESTful services, JSON or XML data formats
Responsibilities
- Designs processes and metrics for functional area.
- Works closely with architects to ensure proper system design.
- Ensures high quality implementations from design through QA to production.
- Performs forward thinking evaluation and research for new packages and releases.
- Anticipates hardware and software design needs.
- Reviews technical design and specifications for business and functional requirements fit.
- Supervises team developing (coding), implementing and maintaining tools/applications.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field
- 7 years of work experience as a Software Developer or similar position
- Up to 10% domestic travel required
