Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to support the DISA TIBI program. The role requires leading technical development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and applying expertise in User Interface (UI) design and/or Database Management Sub-systems (DBMS) to support mission-critical systems by providing advanced debugging, problem determination, and system tuning support.
Requirements
- Core expertise in User Interface (UI) or Database Management Sub-systems (DBMS).
- Experience supporting developers with debugging, problem determination, and system tuning.
- Experience applying one or more of the following: Business systems analysis and design, Data analysis and data modeling techniques, DBMS and User Interface tools
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and databases (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, Oracle, React, Angular).
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in software development, system design, and technical decision-making for the DISA TIBI program.
- Apply expertise in User Interface (UI) development and/or Database Management Sub-systems (DBMS) to support mission-critical applications.
- Support application developers with debugging, problem determination, and system tuning.
- Apply business systems analysis and design, data analysis, and data modeling techniques to ensure optimized system development.
- Utilize DBMS tools, user interface technologies, and development frameworks to design, develop, and maintain applications.
- Collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient IT solutions.

- Active Secret Clearance (required).
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience as a developer or software engineer.
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification (must be documented and current).
- Experience providing assistance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver solutions in a complex IT environment.
