Concentrix is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to transform their DevOps landscape by migrating from Azure DevOps to Harness, retiring legacy technology debt, and building a high-performing, outcome-driven engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing tool migrations, preferably from Azure DevOps to Harness.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, and Cosmos DB.
- Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from Azure DevOps to Harness, focusing on simplification and modernization rather than a like-for-like transition.
- Drive the retirement of legacy technology debt through refactoring and optimization.
- Establish and operationalize a team-based DevOps model focused on outcomes, efficiency, and engineering excellence.
- Ensure deep technical capabilities across Azure Infrastructure, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Cosmos DB.
- Promote best practices in DevOps and SRE, including proactive root cause analysis and issue prevention.
- Optimize tool usage and identify gaps to maximize value realization from existing platforms.
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track team performance, tool utilization, and transformation progress.
Other
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in managing global teams and delivering across time zones.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in consulting or working with clients in a transformation context.
- Familiarity with DevOps maturity models and industry benchmarking.
